As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will maintain small to medium buildings, industrial systems, and equipment with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep facilities operating safely. Based on a large client campus in Ames, IA, you will support three buildings in a dynamic manufacturing environment; a valid driver's license is required for this multi-building role.
