Student Services Assistant

to join our Marbella campus on a permanent contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support across the Student Services area, ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent service to both students and internal stakeholders Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the department and assigned projects. Compile and maintain data, reports and records accurately and efficiently. Support the delivery of departmental services and activities in line with established procedures. Ensure information is kept up to date and compliant with administrative requirements. Monitor activities and provide information and support when required.



Collaborate with different departments to ensure high-quality service delivery. Key Qualifications

Degree in Education or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Professional, service-oriented and proactive approach. What We Offer
