As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels. Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally,



providing timely and effective solutions Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Follow company procedures, service standards, and quality guidelines Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality What We Are Looking For

C1/C2 level German English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, helpdesk, call center, or contact center is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented, professional, and solution-driven mindset Comfortable working in an international and dynamic environment What We Offer
