3+ years of experience in Java development and/or application support Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services Strong code analysis,



debugging, and troubleshooting skills Experience with Incident Management, Change Management, and Major Incident processes Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools Hands-on experience with Elastic and Kibana Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment We offer:
