About Narelo Narelo is Europe’s first Private Members’ Club for an extraordinary childhood. We welcome families from pregnancy until age 8. Children explore nature, creativity, movement and adventure with us. They build self-confidence and independence and form real friendships. Parents grow alongside them, through expert insights and a community of like-minded families.

We are launching in Marbella (27. October), Madrid, Mallorca and eight more cities will follow over the next 18 months.

Your Mission: You are the first person families get to know at Narelo. You guide them from their/your first message to becoming members, and you make sure they stay.

Your responsibilities

Lead handling:

You respond quickly and personally to every incoming enquiry from Instagram, Google Ads, our website, WhatsApp, events and referrals.

Pipeline management:

You keep our CRM clean and up to date. Every family has a clear status, a next step and a follow-up date.

Consultation:

You understand what each family is looking for and explain how Narelo fits their child, their schedule and their budget.

Closing:

You guide families through membership options and close the membership agreement.

Partner network:

You build relationships with nurseries, international schools, relocation agencies and other partners who recommend Narelo, and you manage our partner programme.





Retention:

You stay in touch with our members and lead renewal conversations before each membership ends.

Feedback loop:

You share what you hear from families with our Marketing, Education and Experience teams, so we keep getting better.

Reporting:

You track your numbers weekly: leads, conversion, closings and renewals.

What we are looking for

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality or a similar people-facing role

Excellent English, both spoken and written

Spanish is a strong plus, as is any other language spoken by our international families

A warm, confident communication style, especially on WhatsApp and the phone

Structure and reliability: no lead gets forgotten

Comfort with simple digital tools like CRM systems, Notion and Google Workspace

A heart for families and children, and genuine belief in our mission
