About the role

The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions. Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09 AM 6 PM + 2 Saturdays per month In short: Customer Support + eCommerce + Multichannel

What you'll do

What we're looking for

- Norwegian native/Born in Norway Good English
- Customer service / banking-oriented profile
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable handling financial and customer information
- Willing to work on-site in Benalmádena initially
- Available to start ASAP

Salary

€19,200 EUR gross anually

One honest note on Barcelona: rents are higher than in Lisbon or Sofia, so budget accordingly.
