We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 digital workplace platform and related services, including security, governance and compliance capabilities

- Advanced automation and scripting capabilities including experience with modern DevOps technologies and CI/CD methodologies

- Hand on knowledge with Enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise

- Good working knowledge of data analytics and visualisation , including hands-on experience with tools such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry

- Good working knowledge of Azure Cloud, Networking, Identity and Access Management, as well as provisioning, authorisation, and authentication concepts





- Fluent English with excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation and beyond

These are additional nice to haves:

- Experience working in a integral enterprise environment , preferably within the insurance or financial services sector

- Familiarity with Regulatory, Governance and Risk Management frameworks and methodologies

- Experience working in agile SCRUM methodology

Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least 50% of the time.

For Spain, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 60,000 and EUR 100,000 for a full-time role.

The specific salary offered considers:

- The requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role

- The applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience

In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based annual bonus.
