Roche is seeking a Finance Excellence Partner (FxP) to transform finance into a more efficient, connected function. You will drive planning, automation, and data-powered decision making across regional and general teams, while collaborating with commercial finance and other functions.

You will lead end-to-end cost center planning, support month-end close processes, and enable standardization with automation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and SAP expertise is a strong plus.
