Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand a client base focused on wealth management (B2C)

Provide tailored advisory services and maintain strong client communication

Identify financial needs and deliver customized solutions to grow assets under management

Conduct comprehensive client reviews and create bespoke wealth management strategies

Apply a consultative approach to understand client goals and provide appropriate solutions

Stay informed on general markets and trends to deliver accurate, up-to-date advice

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics, or management

Strong service orientation, numerical acumen, and attention to detail

Aspiration for or possession of UK Level 4 advisory qualification

Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred

Familiarity with investment, offshore, fintech, bond, or pension products advantageous

Integrity, professionalism, and collaborative spirit

Analytical skills, risk assessment capability, and proven sales track record

This is a performance-driven, client-facing role focused on relationship development and growth.
