In this role you will support Nexthink’s global finance transformation, shaping how finance uses systems and AI to work smarter. You will drive ERP/finance system initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end implementation projects to enable scalable growth.

You will evaluate and evolve the finance tech roadmap, including Net Suite and adjacent planning tools, while exploring AI-enabled improvements. This is a fast‑growing software environment with meaningful impact on efficiency and data‑driven decisions.

- Manage end-to-end Finance Transformation projects independently and with best practices
- Collaborate with finance and non-finance partners to define requirements, budget approvals, and project plans; lead kick-offs and implementations
- Contribute to the ERP and finance systems 5-year roadmap; assess current maturity and target state
- Support Workday Adaptive Planning and its integration with Net Suite within the EPM landscape
- Identify and prototype AI use cases across Finance (reconciliations, AP/AR automation, reporting, forecasting) and deploy with IT/Security/Law
- Coordinate with Accounting, Sales Ops, Procurement and FPu0026A to align expectations and troubleshoot day-to-day issues
- Provide support to internal Nexthink partners to influence behavior through insights
- Liaise with vendors (Net Suite ACS, Expensify, SFDC,



procurement and integration partners) for resolutions, upgrades, and releases
- Attend vendor meetings to review project status and ensure alignment with business needs
- Contribute to data governance, privacy and AI risk considerations as part of the finance tech program

Responsabilidades

- 5–8+ years’ experience in ERP/FPu0026A/SFDC or other finance systems with Net Suite as a MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information systems or finance or related fields
- Strong project management skills: facilitation, large meetings/workshops, requirements and RFP/RFI writing
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and translate into business recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Point, financial modeling, and data warehousing
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; team collaboration
- Hands-on experience with Net Suite workflows (P2P end-to-end, O2C, etc.)
- Experience with an EPM/planning tool (Workday Adaptive Planning preferred; others like Anaplan, Planful, Oracle EPM, One Stream valued)
- Eager to implement AI in Finance with awareness of privacy and risk considerations
