As Finance Lead for the Marketplace Experience, you own the end-to-end Pu0026amp;L for support operations that power Glovo’s marketplace. You will partner with cross-market teams and BPO partners to provide credible forecasts, build financial tools, and drive decisions that shape operating costs and investments.
This is a hands-on, impact-driven role focused on improving financial discipline, cost efficiency, and capacity planning. You will design dashboards and models that leadership trusts and directly influence strategic programs and resource allocation.

This is a senior,High-ownership role with a strong emphasis on quantitative analysis and stakeholder influence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own end-to-end Pu0026L reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations
- Set analytical priorities and drive decision-making on cost drivers and unit economics
- Design and maintain financial toolkit: models, dashboards, self-serve frames
- Act as finance business partner to Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A
- Lead deep-dives on material variances, size impact,



and drive corrective plans
- Own finance workstream on strategic programs: cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions
- Mentor junior analysts and raise standards across the finance-ops community

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of ervaring across consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Deep financial acumen: Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements and unit economics
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions
- Strategic ownership from framing to execution and measurable outcomes
- Autonomous, hands-on approach to building tools and processes
- Excellent English communication skills
- Advanced Excel and SQL and/or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI)
