In this role you will help evolve Back Market’s software platforms as part of an agile squad. You’ll own and improve backend and frontend solutions, delivering scalable, high-quality user experiences. You will collaborate across teams to advance the distributed architecture and drive impact-oriented delivery.

- Lead design discussions and suggest improvements for critical areas and quarter-bounded projects
- Contribute to architecture and technology exploration with potential high impact
- Engage in chaos mitigation and prioritize tasks to optimize delivery
- Build, launch, monitor and support product features in an agile build-it-and-run-it environment
- Develop clean, well-organised code across backend and frontend as part of a squad
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to foster learning

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years backend development experience
- Strong system design capabilities
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Deep understanding of data architecture and APIs
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability
- Solid experience with modern Java Script frameworks
- Ability to independently build frontend features
- Understanding of state management, routing, API integration
- Consideration of performance, accessibility, and UX
- End-to-end product thinking and strong collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity across technical domains
