We are seeking a Marketing & Brand Specialist to join a leading luxury real estate developer experiencing rapid growth in Spain. This role will be responsible for coordinating brand and marketing initiatives while supporting the commercial team in delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Our client is an international luxury residential developer with more than two decades of experience creating premium real estate projects in highly sought-after locations.

Description

- Execute the marketing and brand strategy for the Spanish market.
- Coordinate and manage external marketing and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Support the planning and execution of property launches, events, and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate the development and maintenance of commercial and marketing materials for residential projects.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead generation activities, and customer insights, providing regular reporting and recommendations.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support marketing and sales objectives.
- Assist the Commercial Director in client meetings, property presentations, and guided visits to developments.




- Contribute to delivering a highly personalized customer experience aligned with the company's premium positioning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or related positions.
- Experience managing external agencies and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of branding and premium customer experiences.
- Interest in combining marketing responsibilities with direct client interaction.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on, and capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Previous experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
