Experteer Overview In this role you will help build an AI-powered insights platform within Mondelēz Digital Services, turning raw market data into actionable recommendations.

You will design data pipelines, develop AI/ML models, and deliver full-stack applications that surface insights to stakeholders globally.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and business teams, contribute to platform architecture, and ensure production reliability and cost efficiency.

Compensaciones / Ventajas• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark), and AWS services• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based workflows (RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration)• Build full-stack applications (APIs, backend, frontend) using Python, React/Next.js, and cloud-native services• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and apps to ensure reliability and cost-efficiency• Collaborate with Product, Data Science,



and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and working software• Contribute to platform architecture decisions (infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, containerisation with Docker, CI/CD)• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews, sprints, and knowledge sharing

Responsabilidades• Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade application or pipeline development• Experience in full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and familiarity with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog)• Exposure to LLMs and generative AI (model integration, prompt engineering, RAG, agent architectures)• Familiarity with React/Next.js and API design (REST, GraphQL)• Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT for structured and unstructured data at scale• Fundamentals in software engineering (Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform)• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills• Intellectual curiosity and ongoing learning in AI/MLRequisitos principales•
