Experteer Overview In this role you will provide operational support for SCADA infrastructures across remote renewable energy sites, ensuring uptime and reliability. You will work with a global team to manage Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, and databases, while driving automation and continuous improvement. You’ll investigate incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive actions to keep critical systems available. You’ll collaborate with engineering, customers, and stakeholders to maintain high service quality, shaping robust infrastructure for energy assets. - Provide operational support for SCADA infrastructures deployed at remote customer sites
- Investigate and resolve incidents affecting servers, virtualization platforms, networking, and databases
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based environments
- Support virtualized infrastructures and ensure platform availability
- Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
- Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and tooling

- Participate in operational improvement initiatives, standardization, and knowledge-sharing activities
- Be part of a global team supporting technology that enables renewable energy assets to operate safely and efficientlyResponsabilidades
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Group Policies, and PowerShell
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting infrastructure environments, preferably SCADA/industrial or critical systems
- Experience with virtualization platforms; Hyper-V preferred, exposure to VMware and Proxmox
- Basic Linux administration knowledge and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (switches, firewalls, TCP/IP, DNS) and connectivity troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with operational tooling, monitoring platforms, automation practices, and infrastructure support frameworks
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with stakeholdersRequisitos principales
