Lead Engineer
Location: 100% Remote from Spain or Germany
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on Lead Engineer to guide our core development team as we design, build and scale the next generation of our global coaching platform.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a highly collaborative, fast-paced team that is actively defining what it means to build an AI-first engineering culture. Empower & Mentor: Lead and grow a high-performing team of frontend, backend and full-stack engineers through active mentorship.
Stay in the Code: Remain an active individual contributor, writing clean code,



orchestrating AI agents and running technical reviews.
Introduce agentic coding practices at a scale most engineers have never seen before, and help every engineer on the team make the most of them.
Maintain rigorous architectural standards and high quality as AI tools write a growing share of our codebase.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product and our Infrastructure counterparts (Data, DevOps and QA).
By Month 6, Build the AI Foundations: Set up advanced agentic coding loops and autonomous agents that catch and fix bugs, accelerate client feedback loops and rapidly unlock the feature backlog.
By Month 12, Take AI Beyond the Product: Collaborate across the business (Sales, Marketing, HR, Legal, Finance) to design and build custom AI-native tools that simplify work and drive efficiency across all of CoachHub.
