In this role you will design and lead complex instructional programs to support learning objectives across diverse media. You will partner with internal stakeholders to shape end-to-end training strategies and define success metrics. You will analyze tasks and performance to inform objectives and continuously improve program effectiveness. You will coach teams on instructional design processes and share best practices to scale impact in a global healthcare setting.

• Lead, design, and develop complex instructional activities using various media to achieve learning objectives
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop end-to-end training strategies
• Define training program outcomes and success metrics with key stakeholders




• Develop criteria for evaluating training effectiveness and align evaluation approaches with outcomes
• Conduct job, task, and performance analyses to develop training objectives
• Engage learners and stakeholders to test and validate instructional design
• Provide coaching and consulting on the instructional design process and expected deliverables
• Use evaluation results to improve program design and execution xghoner and share lessons learned
• May supervise contractors or vendors to develop, translate, or administer training programs
• Perform other incidental duties as assigned by Leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Education
• 6 years related adult learning experience with course design and multiple delivery methods
• Fluent in English and Spanish
