As a Gartner Business Development Manager, you will cultivate trust-based relationships with C-Level executives to uncover mission-critical priorities and demonstrate Gartner’s value. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—and transition new accounts to the account management team. You’ll operate in a high-growth Midsize Enterprise sales team across US, Europe, and APAC in a hybrid work environment. This role offers the chance to influence strategic decision-making and contribute to Gartner’s AI-led advisory mission.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build trust-based relationships with C-Level prospects to uncover priorities and align Gartner offerings
• Drive pipeline with multi-touch prospecting outreach and targeted campaigns
• Own the complete sales cycle from qualification to closure and transition to account management
• Conduct calls with C-Level prospects to qualify, demonstrate capabilities,



and close
• Collaborate with internal teams to run portal walkthroughs and proofs of concept
• Transition new accounts to account management for a strong start
• Achieve and exceed assigned annual territory quota

Responsabilidades
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience in complex, intangible sales environments
• Experience selling to and influencing C-Level Executives
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability xghoner to manage and forecast a complex sales process
• Willingness to live within commuting distance to the role location; relocation assistance available
• Bachelor's degree desired
• Fluency in English and Italian
