In this role you will lead the after-sales service team to deliver timely, high-quality support for industrial equipment across Europe. You will shape after-sales strategies to boost customer satisfaction, minimize downtime, and maximize equipment uptime. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and sales to resolve complex issues and drive product improvement, while managing warranty claims, contracts, and spare-parts logistics. Your performance will be tracked by KPIs and customer NPS, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role in a global industrial organization offering growth and international exposure.

• Lead the after-sales service team to ensure timely, high-quality support across European markets
• Develop and execute after-sales strategies to improve customer satisfaction and equipment uptime
• Manage warranty claims,



service contracts, and spare-parts logistics with cost efficiency
• Serve as primary liaison for Spanish- and French-speaking customers with technical assistance and training
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales to resolve complex issues and drive product improvement
• Monitor KPIs (response time, resolution rate, NPS) and report to senior management
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and field service schedules
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, service partners, and key accounts
• Prepare regular after-sales performance reports, forecasts, and budget proposals

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Fluent in Spanish and French (written xghoner and spoken)
• Proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and after-sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
