In this role you work on client engagements within McKinsey’s Operations Practice, focusing on solving complex operational challenges. You contribute to problem solving, hypothesis testing, and analyses that lead to actionable recommendations, while developing world-class operations and consultancy skills. The program combines on-the-job coaching with a structured capability-building curriculum to accelerate your leadership growth. Responsabilidades
• Master
• Initial experience in Lean Manufacturing or in quality and compliance
• Proven xghoner leadership in work or extracurricular activities

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Effective communication in English and local office language
