Perk is seeking a motivated SDR Team Lead to support our Italian Growth Markets from our Barcelona hub.

You will coach a team of up to 8 outbound SDRs, drive training initiatives, and partner with the SDR Manager to shape strategies that increase pipeline and hit targets.
