Experteer Overview In this role you will guide Roche Pharma Technical Operations through strategic digital and data transformations. You will spearhead a global Data Governance initiative and scale it across sites, ensuring compliance with QMS, GxP, and evolving regulations. You’ll partner with site heads and cross-functional leaders to drive adoption of data-informed decision making and AI-enabled capabilities. This is an opportunity to shape how PT delivers life-saving medicines while advancing digital maturity at scale. - Lead end-to-end programs and cross-functional workstreams to achieve technical, operational and business milestones
- Design and scale PT-wide programs for Data Governance, Data Integrity, QMS, and digital capabilities across manufacturing sites
- Advise site leadership and steering committees on change pathways, prioritization, and maturity roadmaps
- Establish robust governance aligned with internal and GMP/GxP standards
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders across site leaders, Quality, Development, manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory functions
- Manage the program budget and track ROI, optimizing resources through data-driven decisions




- Drive adoption of AI tools, shopfloor automation, and data models to elevate decision-making
- Coordinate Organizational Change Management and onboarding to ensure adoption across program streamsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in program management, digital, data, or IT transformation in large-scale, multi-site organizations
- 8+ years driving transformations in pharmaceutical operations, biotechnology, manufacturing, or healthcare technology
- Deep expertise in Digital, Data, GxP/GMP compliance, Data Integrity, and IT/OT data environments
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead multi-site rollouts in validated environments
- Experience navigating regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act) and labor frameworks while preserving GxP quality
- Lean/Agile mindset with strong stakeholder management and executive influence
- Demonstrated use of behavioral science concepts in professional contexts
