Job Description:Description:A position as a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (SCQM) has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space.The successful applicant will join the Supply Chain and Quality department in the Composite and Metallic Detail Parts team as part of the Procurement Organization.Mission:- The SCQM Leads the End-to-End Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management and acts as Supply Chain Industrial, Operations and Quality leader for all the suppliers under the applicable scope- The mission is applicable to all Programs: A400M, MRTT, L&M;, EFA, Aerostructures and any new developments such as Eurodrone.Main responsibilities and relevant / critical tasks:- Represents Airbus Defence and Space in front of Suppliers- Ensures the Industrial Maturity and Quality / Operational performance of Suppliers.- Represents procurement organization in the associated Multi-Functional Team and in front of Authorities during Audits and Assessments.- Leads the deployment of Airbus DS Quality and Supply Chain requirements in suppliers and for the main ADS programs.- The SCQM is in charge and/or participates in:Call For Tender process from the Operational and Quality points of view.New Products Introduction, Transfer of Work, Industrial Changes, Modifications, AssessmentsAPQP deployment in suppliersRisk & Opportunities ManagementManagement of Quality Escapes and all type of non-conformities, leading all the associated activities with internal and external stakeholdersLeading the root case analysis and associated actions plans from both a corrective and preventative point of viewQualifications and Certifications surveillanceFirst Article InspectionSupplier Performance & SurveillanceDeployment of Procurement Tools in the supplierRequired skills :We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.• Negotiation level communication skills in English and Spanish is required.• At least 3 y
