In this role you will lead enterprise-wide strategic Market Access programs to boost customer access, accelerate growth, and optimize commercial engagement. You will collaborate with multiple functions across regions to remove barriers and enable scalable expansion. You’ll design program charters, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive change across stakeholders. This is a general, cross-functional leadership role with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable market impact.

• Lead complex, global Market Access initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Partners
• Drive execution of programs to improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial scalability
• Develop and manage program charters, business cases, project plans, milestones, resources, and budgets




• Define KPIs, success metrics, and executive reporting; facilitate workshops and alignment sessions using PM, process improvement, and change management methods
• Identify and remove barriers affecting customer and partner access to Rockwell Automation offerings
• Design and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management plans
• Monitor program health, risks, dependencies, and opportunities; provide updates to senior leadership
• Influence diverse stakeholder groups without direct authority to achieve outcomes
• Coach project teams and leaders on program execution, governance, and change management
• Serve as escalation point to maintain program momentum
