Experteer Overview In this role you design and implement Europe-wide solutions aligned with business needs, acting as the bridge between Business Platforms and Technical Teams. You will craft enterprise-grade, SaaS-type solutions and pioneer employee-centric innovations that scale across the organization. - Act as a point of contact for Business Platforms, translating needs for technical implementation
- Design and develop enterprise-grade SaaS solutions using common providers like Microsoft, Google, and Amazon
- Create and evolve new service lines for the business platform
- Serve as the primary technical bridge between Business Platforms and Technical Teams
- Plan and deliver solutions, including onboarding RUN support when needed
- Coordinate technical domains internally and externally to ensure progress




- Collaborate with Program Leads to anticipate and coordinate new needs across the Zone
- Lead priorities from roadmaps and explore new solutions based on business demand
- Design and deliver solutions leveraging automations and AI to enhance processes and adoptionResponsabilidades
- 3+ years designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure (cloud-native architectures, integration services, IaC)
- ITIL v3/v4 Certified
- Experience in infrastructure roles with exposure to Retail, Industrial Operations or corporate offices
- Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (SD-WAN, wireless, Cisco/Meraki)
- Experience with Low-Code/No-Code (Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate), GitHub Copilot, and API/DevOps patterns
- Familiarity with Workflows including SharePoint
- Practical ServiceNow ITSM experience and Confluence knowledge
- Strong English communication; French skills a bonus
- Ability to manage multi-country programs in a complex ecosystemRequisitos principales
