Experteer Overview In this Finance Lead role, you own end-to-end Pu0026amp; L for Marketplace Experience operations and drive forecasts, models, and tools that inform cross-market decisions. You will partner with service delivery leads, country ops, and HQ FPu0026amp; A to shape cost, capacity, and investment choices. This is an impact, not a reporting role, where your analyses directly influence leadership strategy and resource allocation. - Own end-to-end Pu0026L reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations
- Define which cost drivers and unit-economics matter most and drive decisions
- Design and own financial toolkit including models and dashboards for cross-market use
- Act as finance partner to Service Delivery Leads, country ops, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A
- Lead deep-dives on material variances, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Own finance workstreams on strategic programs like cost reduction and BPO efficiency




- Set standards and mentor junior analysts across the team
- Ensure financial discipline and credible Best Estimates trusted by leadershipResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with advanced modelling and understanding of accounting statements and unit economics
- Sharp analytical judgment to structure problems and identify key levers
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
- Strategic ownership from framing to execution and owning outcomes
- Hands-on and autonomous with ability to build required tooling
- Excellent English communication skills
