As Reporting and Controlling Manager at Glovo, you lead a 5–6 person accountant controllers team to ensure timely, high-quality financial reporting to Delivery Hero and strengthen the close control framework. You own the global month-end close, coordinate IFRS consolidation, and drive process improvements through robust RACIs and controls. You will partner with local and corporate finance to close gaps, coach the team, and support cross-accounting initiatives like ERP and reporting tool upgrades. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic process design to enable scalable, accurate reporting.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own integral month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero, prioritising materiality, processes, and disclosures
• Review IFRS financial statements of subsidiaries and group-level consolidation, investigate inconsistencies




• Design and implement controls over the financial close using a risk and control matrix approach
• Partner with corporate and local accounting teams on month-end close, controls, and coaching
• Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes to ensure controls operate as intended
• Lead projects on presentation and disclosure, IFRS treatment, and refinement of the OneStream tool
• Support HQ-led cross-accounting initiatives such as IFRS, ERP and reporting package implementations
• Coach and develop the team and serve as main contact for Delivery Hero, Finance Performance, and local finance teams on reporting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field
• 8+ years in accounting, reporting and consolidation or financial controlling
• Fluent English
• Big 4 experience plus in Accounting/Reporting u0026 Controlling or Internal Audit xghoner (nice to have)
