It is the trusted infrastructure for major industry leaders in Italy, and is now looking for new teammates to help bring this capability to more companies across different European countries.

Todos los posibles candidatos deben leer con atención los siguientes detalles de este trabajo antes de presentar una candidatura.

To achieve this, we are looking for versatile professionals with a product-driven mindset and a desire to make an impact. We are a team of problem solvers, naturally curious, and with a strong growth culture where collaboration, the exchange of ideas, and joint evolution prevail.

The company is located in Bilbao and Barcelona, with partners in Italy, which is our largest current market.
Your MissionWe are not looking for someone to passively manage a backlog,

but a proactive person who takes end-to-end product ownership and evolves alongside the project itself.
Your main challenge will be defining what gets built, why, and in what order, maximizing product value and translating business goals and SME needs into concrete features for the development team.
On a day-to-day basis, this means:
Defining Product Goals (Product Goal): Aligning the product vision and strategy with business priorities and the real needs of clients and users.
Managing and prioritizing the Backlog: Continuously creating, organizing, and prioritizing user stories and backlog tasks based on impact, value, and effort.
Writing user stories and requirements: Translating functional needs into clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
Direct collaboration with Engineering: Working side-by-side with the development team in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and day-to-day query resolution.
