You will own partner-led demand generation for Portugal, turning strategic alliances into a scalable pipeline. Collaborating across Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, you’ll craft and execute joint GTM plans that convert into revenue. Expect a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with a focus on experimentation, AI-enabled growth, and cross-functional alignment. This role offers impact at scale within a fast-growing, partner-driven organization.

• Own the pipeline generation strategy for Portugal partners and translate goals into growth plans
• Build and run joint GTM programs with partners across events, campaigns, outbound plays, co-marketing and enablement
• Analyze funnel performance, pipeline, and ROI to optimize allocations
• Create repeatable, scalable growth playbooks adaptable to partner maturity
• Experiment with channels, messages, formats,



and working methods to source qualified pipeline
• Leverage AI and technology to accelerate campaign creation, research, prospecting, analysis, and execution
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and align cross-functional teams around priorities
• Own and improve partner portfolio pipeline performance and growth impact
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and other teams to ensure alignment with Factorial GTM
• Translate data into action and drive data-informed decisions

Responsabilidades
• Native Portuguese and professional English
• Strong commercial/business mindset; marketing should drive pipeline and revenue
• 2–5 years in Demand Generation, Growth, B2B Marketing, Sales, Partnerships or similar
• Comfort with owning numbers and using data to decide where to invest
• Strategic thinker with execution xghoner ability (define GTM and launch campaigns)
• Autonomous, proactive; problem-solver
