The Local Sales Enablement Manager ensures global sales enablement initiatives are successfully implemented within their respective geography. This role bridges global strategy and local execution, adapting and cascading enablement programs to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency with general standards, messaging, and value propositions.This role partners closely with local sales leadership to understand local priorities and represent those interests in the broader sales enablement strategy.

- Ensure local relevance while maintaining consistency with global standards and messaging

Implement Local Sales Plays
- Translate global sales plays into clear, actionable steps sellers can execute in the local market.
- Localize and, where necessary, translate plays, messaging and supporting materials.
- Partner with local sales leadership to drive execution and adoption of priority plays.
- Create local sales plays aligned with market needs.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new sales hires across Continental Europe, ensuring they complete the required global journey and receive relevant local market onboarding.
- Act as the regional point of contact for new sellers throughout their onboarding and ramp period.
