In this role you will drive the growth of our solar, BESS and wind project pipeline by managing opportunities from pre-tender to contract award and Notice to Proceed. You will streamline processes to benefit the team and the business, taking initiative to improve how we operate. You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams and represent Lightsource bp at events to convey our development acumen. This position combines commercial leadership with hands‑on tender management to accelerate the energy transition.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support EPC and Ou0026M tender processes, including RFQ/ITT issuance and onboarding contractors
• Coordinate with development, technical, legal, HSE, and other teams for tender specifications and clarifications
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with bidders
• Assist in awarding contracts through risk and cost review




• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications to maximize efficiency
• Represent the company at events and maintain alignment with corporate strategy

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in renewable energy and construction industries
• Proven PV, BESS or Wind project experience
• Proven contract negotiation and claims management experience
• Extensive experience in commercial contract negotiations
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects and deadlines
• xghoner Strong relationships with EPCs and ICP contractors
• Ou0026M contracts experience
• Understanding of energy project lifecycle and key players in Solar, BESS and Wind
• FIDIC contract knowledge
• Strong English communication; Portuguese or Italian a plus
• Knowledge of European renewable energy policies and environmental issues
