• Develop clinical operational strategy and ensure programs are executed on-time, within budget, and to company objectives




• Translate asset strategy into operational execution by developing the clinical operations plan and connecting science with business, operations, patients and customers
• Identify and evaluate program-level risks and mitigations
• Interact with and influence senior management and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives
• Review and provide clinical operations content to clinical and regulatory documents
• Manage external budgets across portfolios (up to multi-million dollars)
• Mentor and develop study managers; lead talent development in Development Operations
• Create an inclusive, innovative learning environment for staff and programs
• Ensure program execution in compliance with ICH/GCP, general regulations, and AbbVie policies
