YOUR CHALLENGEWorking in the Julius Baer Gestion SGIIC Operations – Middle Office team, he/she will be responsible for the following functions:
- Trade Settlement: Monitoring, Sicav Shares trading.
- Treasury, Cash Management: Cash Flow, FXs, Repos, Deposits, Corporate Actions.
- Acc Opening: Bloomberg, Depositories, NAV System, Allfunds, brokers. Client Contracts & Documentation.
- Portfolio Model set up (Recons, Benchmarks, Asset Classification).
- Sicav & MFs Shareholders: account opening, maintenance, funding, trading.
- Accounting of the Sicavs/Funds,



in compliance with local regulations.
- Daily Asset & Portolio Valuation. NAV calculation & validation.
- Close monitoring of the services provided by the external Administrator of the Collective Investment vehicles, Depositories, brokers and Mutual Fund Platforms.
- Regulatory & Tax Reporting related to Sicavs and Mutual Funds, and for Julius Baer Gestion.
- Manage GMIS (Integral Management Information System): Calculation and Control of Revenues, Asset under Management, Net new Money.
- Client Reporting. Monthly generation, review, delivery.
- Reconciliations (Cash, Holdings, Provisions…)
- Billing: Calculation, Accrual, Processing, Control.
- Coordinate Corporate Secretary functions (Board of Directors, Shareholder’s Meetings), relation with Registry of Commerce.
- Support to JB Gestion and Mutual Funds & Sicavs Auditors: Annual Accounts, Compliance, Asset Protection, AML, Group Internal Aud
