In this role you will lead the development of next-gen supply chain systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact backend services. You will drive quality and maintainability, tackle urgent issues, and mentor engineers in applying best practices. You’ll work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment to optimize how products move globally. This position offers a chance to shape scalable systems and contribute to Tesla’s supply chain capabilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate with product managers, quality engineers and release engineers to own solutions from design to deployment
• Propose improvements based on best practices and current industry trends
• Serve as the team’s technical decision-point and remove obstacles




• Manage multiple projects in parallel while addressing urgent problems
• Communicate with domain experts across disciplines to align on solutions
• Investigate root causes of failures to drive continual improvement
• Learn, set, teach, and apply software best practices, tools, and technologies

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years building production backend systems
• Strong experience with xghoner C# and .NET
• Experience with REST services, event/stream processing (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar), and SQL plus NoSQL databases
• Experience building scalable distributed systems
• Willing to work deeply in factory and logistics operations
• Flexibility to work with teams across different time zones
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
