Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the deployment, operation, and lifecycle of global data center infrastructure, focusing on Wintel stack hardware. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, commissioning, maintenance, and decommissioning of data center assets. You will drive asset management, documentation, and adherence to SLAs while coordinating inter-site logistics and vendor communications. This is a hands-on, data-center focused position that shapes operational excellence and reliability at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Manage deployment, operations, and lifecycle of integral data center infrastructure across locations
- Perform racking, stacking, installation, and commissioning of servers, storage, and related hardware
- Support data center expansion, onboarding, and hardware readiness
- Execute decommissioning of legacy infrastructure including servers and storage
- Troubleshoot hardware issues (power, batteries, controllers, cabling)
- Coordinate inter-site hardware movement, logistics, and vendor communications
- Maintain asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, rack elevations, and infrastructure docs using DCIM tools (SunBird, Device42)




- Use ITSM and project tools (ServiceNow, Jira) for incident, request, change management
- Collaborate with remote data center teams and engineering to diagnose incidents
- Monitor SLA and MSA adherence across Data Center ops
- Manage facility requirements (space, power, cooling, cabling)
- Provide hardware asset details to procurement and billing for PO processing
- Perform physical cabling and uplink validation, and power setup for new environments
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety, and best practices
- Support health checks, preventive maintenance, and incident resolution processes
- Deliver operational updates and monthly reviews to stakeholdersResponsabilidades

- Experience: 5-8 years
- Proficiency with DCIM tools (SunBird, Nlyte, Device42)
- Experience with ITSM and ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Hardware troubleshooting and rack/stack operations
- Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams
