Join Alvarez u0026amp; Marsal's Spain Financial u0026amp; Operational Restructuring team as an intern, with potential progression to Analyst. You will contribute to client engagements for lenders and corporates, performing financial analysis and supporting business plan reviews. You will produce deliverables and assist with pitches, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint. This role offers hands-on learning in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on impact and growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Conduct financial analysis of target companies’ performance (Pu0026L, cash flow)
• Assist in business plan reviews and capital structure analysis
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for turnaround processes
• Prepare and review short-term cash flow and liquidity forecasts
• Produce client deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint




• Support pitches and commercial initiatives by researching financials and turning findings into pitch material

Responsabilidades
• Master's or final year of undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
• Solid financial and analytical foundation (accounting fundamentals and corporate finance)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Proactive, xghoner team-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent business English and Spanish
• Genuine interest in Financial u0026 Operational Restructuring
