In this role you join the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) within McKinsey's Operations Practice, focusing on shaping digital service operations for clients. You will work on diverse client engagements, solving problems, forming hypotheses, and delivering actionable recommendations while developing leading-edge operations and consultancy skills. The program blends on-the-job coaching with a structured capability-building curriculum, fostering growth through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll contribute to digital service transformations, AI-native operating models, and scalable future-proof strategies within a general, diverse environment.
