In this Barcelona-based Lead Product Manager role, you drive growth for Rover’s international markets within the Bookings group, building easy ways for pet parents to connect with sitters. You’ll work in a truly empowered team, pursuing bold product or business-model changes rather than minor optimizations. The position is hybrid (Barcelona office two days weekly) and suits someone who thrives on high visibility and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll shape experiences that scale globally and push for impactful, data-informed decisions.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• Proven ability to drive business impact through improved user experience
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google xghoner Sheets and analytics tools (Amplitude, Mode)
• Comfortable with SQL
• Roadmaps developed in alignment with team charter and company goals
• Experience delivering cross-functional product experiences
• Experience handling customer feedback from multiple sources
