ABOUT THIS ROLE
The role of a Privacy Counselat Euronet involves supporting legal and strategic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance across the organization.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES




- Support the Privacy Office and EU business teams by providing basic data protection and privacy guidance, under supervision, to help manage privacy risks and support business needs.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing Data Privacy and Data Transfer Agreements in cooperation with local internal counsel and support negotiations with third parties.
- Support Privacy Consultants in addressing local regulatory requirements and day-to-day compliance topics.
- Assist in the preparation and review of Data Privacy Notices and Cookie Notices for company websites and applications.
- Support documentation of data processing activities, including identifying lawful bases for processing, data transfers, and contributing to Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Monitor developments in local data protection regulations and help share relevant updates with the Privacy Office and business stakeholders while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
