We are currently recruiting a Construction Planning Intern to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. - Update project schedules in MS Project on a weekly basis, incorporating progress reported by contractors and Project Managers.
- Review Excel reports to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the correct functioning of Power BI dashboards and follow up on any reported issues.
- Support Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules, including milestones, dependencies, and key activities.
- Assist with project progress tracking and reporting to support the Construction Management team.

Education and Certifications




- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Engineering.

Experience and Technical Skills
- MS Project: Essential. Ability to create and update project schedules, define milestones, and manage dependencies.
- Excel: Essential. Advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Power BI: Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Microsoft Teams: Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools is an advantage.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring weekly deadlines.
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently as familiarity with processes develops.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with Project Managers and IT teams.
