In this role you will support planning and delivery of a diverse events portfolio globally, including trade fairs, customer events, partner activations, webinars and internal events. You will coordinate timelines, logistics, registrations and supplier coordination, working with marketing, sales and regional teams to ensure engaging experiences and brand impact. You will monitor readiness, manage budgets and procurement processes, and capture learnings to continuously improve. This role offers visibility across a general events program and opportunities to influence the customer and partner experience.

• Manage event timelines, logistics, registrations, materials, supplier coordination and stakeholder communications
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests,



invoicing processes and procurement compliance
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, digital and local market teams to ensure successful event delivery
• Prepare event documentation, attendee materials, briefing packs, event checklists and run-of-show plans
• Monitor event readiness, identify risks and proactively resolve issues before and during events
• Capture event performance data, feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Experience coordinating events, trade fairs, marketing activations or projects within a corporate, agency or shared-services environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience working with suppliers, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach xghoner and the ability to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Confidence managing event logis
