This role will be responsible for coordinating brand and marketing initiatives while supporting the commercial team in delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Description

Execute the marketing and brand strategy for the Spanish market.
Coordinate and manage external marketing and creative agencies, ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
Support the planning and execution of property launches, events, and lead-generation activities.
Coordinate the development and maintenance of commercial and marketing materials for residential projects.
Monitor campaign performance, lead generation activities, and customer insights,



providing regular reporting and recommendations.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to support marketing and sales objectives.
Assist the Commercial Director in client meetings, property presentations, and guided visits to developments.
Contribute to delivering a highly personalized customer experience aligned with the company's premium positioning.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or related positions.
Experience managing external agencies and coordinating integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding and premium customer experiences.
Interest in combining marketing responsibilities with direct client interaction.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
