Perk is seeking a motivated SDR Team Lead to support our Italian Growth Markets from our Barcelona hub. You will coach a team of up to 8 outbound SDRs, drive training initiatives, and partner with the SDR Manager to shape strategies that increase pipeline and hit targets.You will guide the team in mastering Perk’s products, align with cross-functional stakeholders, and design playbooks to scale outbound success. This role requires hands-on coaching and a passion for developing junior talent.
