We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager – Client Services to manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across a multi-platform digital portfolio, including streaming services, websites, mobile applications, and social media platforms. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, ad operations, digital video, Connected TV (CTV), and programmatic advertising. The candidate will collaborate with Sales teams, advertisers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop effective media plans, ensure seamless campaign execution, maximize revenue delivery, and provide exceptional client service. The role also requires functional leadership, mentoring team members, resolving complex campaign challenges, and driving operational efficiencies across the EMEA region.ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-sale guidance, technical requirements,



and strategic planning for advertising opportunities across TWDC’s on and off-platform digital portfolioWork with Sales and buyers to build and revise media plans that maximize revenue and meet client objectivesResponsible for the collection, quality control review, and implementation of assets to ensure a timely and accurate campaign launchCompile screen shots, provide reporting, execute creative swaps, and field all other client requests during campaign lifecycleCollaborate with Specialized Ops and Sales teams to troubleshoot and execute campaignsIdentify, track, and analyse key metrics to optimize campaign performanceEnsure full delivery of contracted revenue across your book of businessWork with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue trackingAssist with client retention by delivering the highest standard of service during pre, mid, and post-campaign support phasesServe as a subject matter expert for digital video, CTV, and programmatic advertising, providing strategic consultation, performance insights, and market best practice guidance to sale
