On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, prototype and implement backend services, integrate AI components, and ensure systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable. You will contribute to end-to- end development, from data processing and model integration to API design, testing,



and monitoring in production environments.You will also participate in architectural discussions and knowledge sharing to support sustainable, high-quality engineering practices.This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid, with a mix of on-site collaboration (either at our client's offices our ours) and flexibility for work-from-home.Required qualificationsUniversity: technical master's or PhD degree (engineering, computer science, physics, maths, etc.).Expertise in ML/DL/AI methodologies.User of an agentic developer workbench (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, ...).Proficiency in programming, with experience delivering production-ready code.
