Your mission

You will develop, strengthen, and implement a integral talent strategy that is aligned with Adragos Pharma’s business objectives and growth plans.
You will build structured development pathways for different functions, levels, sites, and employee populations, taking local development needs and succession planning into account.
You will identify critical skills and capability gaps across the Group in close collaboration with local business leaders and site teams.
