You will also be the first point of contact for the European Hiring Managers and/or Local HR managers when it comes to defining recruitment needs, sourcing, and screening approach and improving the process.Hybrid:



2-3 times in the Madrid office (after 1.5 month of onboarding)Key Responsibilities:Run end-to-end recruitment for diversified positions across the businessEngage hiring managers and business owners on recruitment needs and pipelinesSource candidates via active and passive channels (LinkedIn, networks, referrals)Screen CVs and conduct competency-based interviewsCreate targeted job advertisements and employer branding contentManage candidate data in ATS and HRIS systemsCoordinate interview loops, assessments and offer managementTrack and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAsSupport onboarding and integration of new employeesLiaise with senior recruiters and recruitment team leaders on complex rolesBuild candidate experience through proactive communicationIdentify and propose selection process improvementsRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders.Track record of delivering against recruitment KPIs.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)Excellent communication skills in French
