What You'll Do

Identify and engage prospective business clients through inbound and outbound activities
Generate new business opportunities through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and social selling
Understand client needs and recommend tailored AI-powered advertising solutions
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM platforms




Collaborate with onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions

What We’re Looking For
Required

Native or C1-level German
English level B2 or higher
Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred

Experience within digital marketing, online advertising, PPC, SEO, or AdTech
Understanding of AI, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions
Experience engaging with decision-makers and business stakeholders
