At Mercedes-Benz Group Services Madrid, we are looking for an experienced IT Business Unit Controller to join our international finance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in financial steering, controlling, and business support, helping drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Manage contracts related to projects and services
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance
Support forecasting and financial planning activities
Prepare financial reports at both Business Unit and project level
Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and business units
Prepare service offer calculations and business cases
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements using AI




Work with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
Create and analyze reports using Power BI
Collaborate with international stakeholders in a multicultural environment

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Financial Management, Controlling, or related areas
Strong understanding of financial processes and controlling practices
Customer-oriented mindset
Well-organized, structured, and reliable way of working
Experience working in multicultural and international environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure
