Role Overview:
As Team Lead Analytics, you will guide the analytics domain within our Business Intelligence team while remaining hands‑on with data models and our semantic layer. Your mission is to build and maintain the path from raw data to trusted, self‑service insights through robust dbt models, a rich semantic model, a well‑structured Looker ecosystem, reliable investor metrics, and enriched CRM data for commercial teams.




This is a player‑coach role split equally between team leadership (prioritization, coaching, stakeholder alignment) and direct technical contributions (dbt, semantic modeling, and Looker).
Main responsibilities:
The team member shall perform the present tasks inherent to such position, including, but not limited to, the following:

Team Leadership & Delivery: Lead the Analytics vertical (analytics engineering, business analysis, CRM data) by setting priorities, coaching team members, fostering clear ownership, and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will be responsible for fostering engagement, performance, and growth.
Data Modeling & Semantic Layer: Own the data modeling layer end-to-end by designing, building, and reviewing dbt models across a medallion architecture, while enriching the semantic model to keep Looker (LookML, explores, views) consistent, reliable, and optimized for self‑service reporting.
